General terms on enrolment at Sotalia Sports LTDA (“Sotalia Sports”), registered under CNPJ 02.270.912/0001-09, located at Avenida Pequeno Príncipe, 231 – Campeche, Florianópolis – SC, 88063-000, Brazil. Specific terms are set at the time of enrolment.
New students are welcome to a trial class before enrolling. Enrolment confirms the program, schedule and monthly fee.
Enrolment follows Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (CDC). For enrolments made at a distance, you may withdraw within 7 days under article 49 of the CDC.
You may cancel with the notice set out in your enrolment agreement. Fees already due are payable up to the cancellation date.
